About Tyson Schultz

The chief executive officer and founder of Stripes Global, Tyson Schultz handles all leadership and strategic direction at this Washington-based manufacturer and provider of medical research and health-care equipment. Since he established the business in 2016, he has held sole responsibility for negotiation and contract development with stakeholders like government entities, customers, and suppliers. Additionally, he plays a key role in finding and forming long-term professional relationships with suppliers of top-tier medical equipment and devices. Tyson Schultz’s guidance also enabled Stripes Global to accomplish an annual growth rate of over 400 percent and cement business-to-business (B2B) partnerships with Fortune 500 companies.

Schultz’s work in medical-equipment distribution is supported by more than a decade of sales experience. A graduate of Marquette University, he spent several months as a sales representative at Lincare. During his brief tenure with Lincare, he was responsible for limited customer service and marketing within Western New Haven County. Schulz’s success in sales later contributed to his procurement of such positions as sales representative, key account manager, and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) sales manager during his nine years at Thermo Fisher Scientific. He founded his own company several months before he left there.

Outside his professional pursuits, he enjoys cooking, blacksmithing, and gardening.
